What is group coaching?
In a group coaching session, you’re not sitting in a circle talking about your feelings for two hours. Well, sometimes. But it’s more than that.
Rick brings a framework. You bring your story. The group brings the kind of honesty you rarely get from colleagues, and can’t always expect from friends. Together, things start to move.
It works because you’re not the only one who’s been running on empty. And hearing someone else say out loud what you’ve been thinking quietly.

Right now, these circles are for men. That won’t always stay true. We’re exploring what a mixed circle could look like. No date yet, no fixed plan. Just something we’re circling closer to.
THE MEN'S CIRCLE
Why It Works
The Men’s Circle is EleMens’ most active group. And honestly, the one Rick is most proud of.
Rick now hosts two groups: a Men’s Circle in Den Bosch and another in Eindhoven. These groups are not to talk about problems, but to actually do something about them. Sessions move through breathwork, boxing, movement and conversation depending on what the group needs that evening.
It’s mostly in Dutch, with one circle now running in English too. It’s in person. And it’s the kind of thing that’s hard to explain until you’ve been once.
- Den Bosch, or Eindhoven
- Once a month, 5 sessions per cycle
- €55 per session / €250 for the full cycle
- Dutch in Eindhoven and Den Bosch. English also available in Eindhoven.

Looking Ahead
Right now, we meet indoors, in the city. That’s not where we want to stay.
Somewhere down the line: a large tent, deep in the woods, room enough for the whole circle around a fire. No walls between the conversation and the trees.
Not built yet. But it’s where this is headed.
